Registration fees

Presenters are required to complete registration and pay the registration fee. These fees are used to support conference operations, including venue expenses and program organization.

In contrast, attendance as a listener is free of charge in order to encourage broad participation and active academic discussion. In addition, to promote interaction and exchange among participants, a Networking Session, including the poster session and light refreshments, is planned on the evening of Day 1.

Exhibition fees are collected from participating companies; however, sponsorship and exhibition activities will have no influence on the scientific program, presentation selection, review process, or any other academic content of the conference.

* When registering as a JSASS member, you will be required to enter your membership number.

The registration fee includes access to all plenary/technical sessions, access to workshop proceedings and the Networking Session.

All participants MUST register via the Online Registration Form below.
At least one author MUST be registered before August 31, 2026.
- The paper must be presented by the registered author of the paper at the conference.
- For the authors with multiple accepted papers, a single registration is valid for up to two papers.
